Global reach is only meaningful if the regulatory route into each market is actually held. These are the markets we serve and the gate we maintain for each.

Gulf Cooperation Council
The largest funded construction pipeline in the world, with roughly two trillion US dollars of planned and unawarded work across the Gulf Cooperation Council, and Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates together accounting for the large majority of awards. It is also the most process-heavy conformity environment we operate in, which suits a supplier who handles it properly.

Southeast Asia
Approximately USD 571 billion of construction output in 2025, forecast to reach USD 981 billion by 2034. The shortest transit from our supply base at five to twelve days, which makes it the most responsive market we serve.
Conformity route
National standards and import licensing per country. ASEAN preferential origin where applicable.

Sub-Saharan Africa
The fastest-growing destination for Chinese construction materials, with Chinese exports to Africa exceeding one hundred billion US dollars in the first half of 2025. Pre-shipment conformity is a genuine barrier to entry, which is precisely why a supplier who holds the registrations is worth having.
Conformity route
SONCAP in Nigeria with Form M and PAAR. PVoC in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. CBCA in Zimbabwe. PECAE in Cameroon. Certificate issued in the country of export before shipment, without exception.

United Kingdom
A high-specification market where CE marking remains acceptable for construction products placed on the market in Great Britain, alongside UKCA. Also the market with the most stringent product liability regime in the world for facade and fire products.
Conformity route
UKCA or CE, designated standards, approved body certification, third-party certification where the market expects it, Building Safety Act 2022 obligations.

European Union
Renovation now accounts for more than sixty per cent of residential and more than half of non-residential construction investment, which changes the product mix toward envelope, insulation and building services.
Conformity route
CE under Regulation (EU) 2024/3110, Declaration of Performance and Conformity, CBAM on covered goods, EUDR on timber products from 30 December 2026, melt-and-pour evidence on steel.

Australia and New Zealand
A hard conformity gate that rewards a supplier who holds the certificates and excludes one who does not.
Conformity route
WaterMark certification, which is mandatory and separate from WELS registration, which is statutory. CodeMark where used. AS/NZS standards. State restrictions on combustible panel and on high-silica engineered stone.

Central Asia and the Caucasus
Growing infrastructure and residential programmes with improving payment terms and a supply base that is currently under-served.
Conformity route
EAC conformity where applicable, national certification.
And one market we approach selectively
The United States.
The United States is a large and attractive construction market that we serve selectively rather than as a priority. Section 232 measures on steel and aluminium now apply at fifty per cent of the full customs value of the imported article regardless of metal content, Section 301 measures apply on top, and there are live anti-dumping orders across several of our core categories.
We serve it through distributors and buyers who act as importer of record and who understand the duty position, and we say plainly at quotation stage what the landed position will be. We would rather lose an enquiry than deliver a surprise at customs.
