Capabilities
Six divisions. Thirty-two categories. Over two hundred and fifty line items.
We organise our trading book by construction work package rather than by product category, because that is how a project procures. A quantity surveyor does not buy ceramics; they let a floor finishes package. A main contractor does not procure aluminium; they let a facade package.

D1
Structure and Civils
The load-bearing and below-ground package, plus the temporary works that build it. This is the highest volume and the most trade-defended part of the book, which is why every quotation runs a duty screen before it is issued.
Categories. Reinforcement / Structural steel and pre-engineered buildings / Temporary works and formwork / Admixtures and mortars / Below ground and geosynthetics
D2
Building Envelope
The facade, roof and weathering line, where technical content and liability are both highest. We supply only fire-classified cladding systems with notified laboratory evidence traceable to the delivered batch.
Categories. Fenestration / Curtain walling / Architectural glass / Rainscreen and cladding / Roofing / Insulation and building physics
D3
MEP and Building Services
Power, cooling, water and life safety. Western lead times for electrical distribution equipment now run from nine months to two and a half years; the Chinese supply base ships in twenty to thirty-five days.
Categories. Power distribution / Cable and containment / Wiring accessories and lighting / HVAC / Plumbing and drainage / Fire safety / Vertical transportation
D4
Internal Finishes
Everything the client sees and touches. The categories where project quantities rarely fill a container per line, and where consolidation is worth the most.
Categories. Ceramics / Stone / Flooring / Sanitaryware and brassware / Doors and ironmongery / Drylining and ceilings / Coatings and sealants
D5
FF and E and Joinery
Fitted and loose furniture, kitchens, wardrobes and complete hospitality packages built to brand standard rather than to residential specification.
Categories. Fitted joinery / Loose furniture / Hospitality FF and E
D6
Energy and Modern Methods
Generation, storage, charging and off-site construction. A deliberately selective division: we trade only bankable, listed and certified product.
Categories. Solar and storage / Electric vehicle charging / Prefabricated and modular / Plant and equipment
The catalogue principle
Breadth is only useful if it is qualified.
A long product list is easy to publish and means nothing. What matters is whether each line has a qualified supplier behind it, a written technical specification, a live conformity certificate for the destination market, an inspection plan and a known container loading figure.
Every line item we quote carries all five. Where we cannot assemble them, we decline the enquiry rather than pass the risk downstream.
Tell us what the project needs.
A bill of quantities, a finishes schedule, a drawing package, or a description. We will tell you what we can supply, from where, and to what standard.
